BING Fuel Transfer
Fuel transfers are used for injection of fuel into heaters or additional heaters for vehicles (cars and trucks). Their production incorporates many advanced manufacturing capabilities of BING.
The tubes are bent precisely on tube bending machines, the components are partially stitched using laser welding systems, some completely welded. The complete assemblies are soldered in the brazing furnace subsequently. After beeing partly equiped with electrical components (solenoid valve incl grouting for sealing) the components are then tested with special gauges for dimensional accuracy. The production involves a high degree of automation. To ensure the cleanliness requirements for relevant assemblies, those are manufactured in a clean room.
Material: The fuel transfers are made of stainless steel (1.4301 and 1.4305).
