Who are we?

BING is active worldwide as a development supplier for automobile, motorcycle and engine manufacturers. Innovative products, manufacturing with high productivity, adherence to delivery dates, sustainability and, last but not least, permanent quality improvement are our strengths. We are proud to maintain a good business relationship with many of our customers that has lasted for decades.

Our know-how from our original carburetor production has been translated into the development and manufacture of throttle valve systems. Today, we also produce a wide range of components such as oil spray nozzles, fuel rails and gear assistants.

In recent years, we have also made a name for ourselves as a service provider in the field of brazing.

Company policy

Our vision:

Market leadership in our niches as well as the courage and willingness to implement this.

Our task:

BING offers fast and suitable solutions and is part of our customers’ value chain.

Our core competencies:

Development and production of engine-related parts, components and systems and brazing of assemblies. Reducing engine consumption and emissions is the top priority in all our activities. Innovation, research, productivity, reliability, environmental protection, teamwork and continuous quality improvement are our strengths. Many of our customers have been accompanied and supported by us as a development partner for over 30 years.

Goals & Strategy

Finances:

We can only continue to work towards our goals and develop solutions for our customers if we make a profit. A major challenge here is avoiding waste and focusing on innovative products and services. Our integrated risk management serves to avoid development, production, legal and earnings risks.

Customer orientation and partnerships:

Building partnerships and networks with customers and suppliers promotes trust, knowledge sharing and integration. Knowing how satisfied our customers are enables us to improve them further. We want to achieve more market share and customer loyalty with positive surprises for our customers (faster, better, more cost-effective). We are constantly working to achieve “zero defects” and understand the phrase as a philosophy – not as a one-dimensional target.

Processes:

We can only improve our processes if we know and measure them precisely. Productivity and efficiency are ensured through the strategic use of different manufacturing technologies. Set-up times, less parts tourism, avoiding waste, identifying bottlenecks – all this leads to an increase in our service and accelerates the improvement of productivity, quality and environmental performance. By monitoring our key performance indicators, we achieve transparency regarding the development of our processes and can initiate measures at an early stage.

Culture:

At the beginning of the 21st century, we as a manufacturing company are faced with the task of protecting jobs in an increasingly competitive global market, but also of producing in an ecologically compatible and therefore sustainable manner. Compliance with the law is a matter of course. Our employees contribute to our success in our markets through teamwork and taking responsibility. Continuous learning and innovation will ensure that our workplaces and the entire environment are a pleasure to work in every day. The topic of communication deserves special attention. Training and further education have always been part of our BING culture.

Quality Management

Quality was and is of central importance to us.

We began describing our processes as early as 1977. A management system was installed in 1990 and certified according to ISO 9001 and VDA 6.1 in 1997.

In 2000, we decided to go beyond the requirements of the international automotive industry and therefore added the TS 16949 standard to our management system and had it successfully certified in February 2001.

With the process-oriented new edition of ISO 9001 and TS 16949, we also mapped our processes accordingly in the management system and had them certified in November 2003.

We have been certified in accordance with IATF 16949 since 2018.

We not only want to meet customer requirements for certification, but also actively use the system to continuously implement improvements to both products and processes.

Principles of social responsibility

BING-Culture

Respect for the cultural, social, political and legal diversity of societies and nations is a matter of course for us and we are aware of our social responsibility. Within the framework of the applicable laws and regulations of the respective country, BING endeavors to harmonize its operational goals with the social and ecological requirements listed below within its sphere of influence. I call on all employees to contribute to compliance with these principles. I recommend that all our business partners and suppliers adopt similar principles and integrate them into their corporate policies.
