BING has been producing carburettors for motorcycles
from 50 cc to over 1000 cc for more than 70 years.
Experienced engineers are optimising the development
of the carburettors for fuel consumption and exhaust gas emissions
on modern test rigs to protect the environment. Our own rolling
road vehicle test bed is supporting us in this work.
Here you will find a selection of our carburettor
types. Other types and technical documentation are available on
request.

|
BING Carburettor Type 15,
17, 18 Cross/ diagonal-draught slide carburettor
with needle jet main fuel system and adjustable idling system. Starting
carburettor, minimum fuel consumption and low-pollutant engine exhausts.
Best suitable for motors with catalyst. Mounting on the engine by
a clamped connection. It is produced with a bore size of 10, 12,
14, and 15 mm.

BING Carburettor Type 21
Cross-draught slide carburettor with part-load needle jet control
and idling system.Starting carburettor. It is produced with a bore
size of 20 and 22 mm. Mounting on the engine by a clamped or push-on
connection.
|
 |
|
BING Carburettor Type 53
Cross-draught slide carburettor with part-load needle jet control
and idling system. Starting carburettor. It is produced with a bore
size of 24 and 26 mm. Mounting on the engine by a clamped connection.
|
 |
|
BING Carburettor Type 54
Cross-draught slide carburettor with part-load needle jet control
and idling system. Starting carburettor with the housing made in
aluminium (light weight). It is produced with a bore size of 34,
36, 38 and 40 mm. Mounting on the engine by a clamped or a push-on
connection.
|
 |
|
BING Carburettor Type 55
Cross-draught slide carburettor with part-load needle jet control
and idling system. Starting carburettor produced with a bore size
of 40, 42 and 44 mm. The use of almost only light metal (aluminium)
makes this carburettor extremely light and best suitable for motor
sport.

|
BING Carburettor Type 64
Constant compression carburettor comprising a cross-draught, butterfly-valve
carburettor with variable choke tube. Double-float system, rotary-valve
type starting carburettor. The throttle slide is suspended from the
roller diaphragm and projected into the venturi. This changes the
smallest cross-section of the venturi as a function of the vacuum
at this point. The type 64 is produced with a bore size of 32 mm
and a throttle valve diameter of 36mm.

BING Carburettor Type 81
Special carburettor for the SACHS Wheel Hub Engine.
It is a flat slide valve carburettor with a side float system including
also a starting valve, a fuel cock and ignition switch.

|
BING Carburettor Type 84
Cross-draught slide carburettor with part-load needle jet control
and idling system. Starting carburettor with the housing made in
aluminium (light weight). It is produced with a bore size of 28,
30 and 32 mm. Mounting on the engine by a clamped or a push- on
connection.

BING Carburettor Type 94
Constant compression carburettor comprising a cross-draught, butterfly-valve
carburettor with variable choke tube. Double-float system, rotary-valve
type starting carburettor. The throttle slide is suspended from the
roller diaphragm and projected into the venturi. This changes the
smallest cross-section of the venturi as a function of the vacuum
at this point. The type 94 is produced with a bore size of 40mm
and a throttle valve diameter of 42 and 44mm.
