BING Piston Cooling
BING oil spray jets for piston cooling are used in high performance car engines, e.g. BMW and Porsche. The oil injection jet is seated in the engine block. At a specific oil pressure, the valve opens and a certain amount of oil is squirted at a precisely defined angle on to the floor of the piston to cool it and thus guaranteeing optimum operation of the engine.
