BING Cold Start Bar
The BING cold start bar is an example of the BING competence in the use of various manufacturing and assembly techniques. The main tube is replaced by wire EDM 4 holes Ø 0.7 +0.05 and is closed by pressing, crimping and soldering a ball. The connection of the parts is also done by soldering in-house.
The quality assurance tests include ensuring cleanness requirements and a leak test.
